Each year, student fellows from the NextGen Philanthropy Leadership Program are shortlisted to design and lead projects within our in-house incubator. Student projects are required to address critical challenges faced by communities. With the support of the Good Soil Foundation, each project is nurtured through a specialised incubation process, providing resources, mentorship, and guidance to help these initiatives grow and succeed. We believe that in supporting these student-led projects we are supporting youths to build stronger communities and create lasting impact.
